Procedure for Manual Voting - Personal

1.Approach the Poll Clerk and give your name and address and present your valid passport or any identification card bearing your photo and signature.

2.Get your ballot, ballot secrecy folder and marking pen and fill the ballot by writing the names of the candidates.

3.Return the accomplished ballot to the Poll Clerk

4.Sign and affix thumbmark on the List of Voters with Voting Records

5.Poll Clerk shall detach the ballot coupon and deposit it inside the ballot compartment (for spoiled ballots) and return the ballot to the voter

6.Deposit the ballot inside the ballot box compartment for valid ballots

Procedure for Manual Voting - Postal

1.Accomplish personally the ballot by writing the names of the candidates

2.Sign on the ballot coupon, which is located on the lower portion of the official ballot

3.Detach the ballot coupon from the ballot then place the ballot coupon inside the Ballot envelope

4.Fold the official ballot in such a way that its contents will not be seen

5.Place the accomplished ballot inside the Ballot Envelope and seal it with the paper seal included in the mailing packet

6.Write your name and affix your signature on the upper left-hand corner of the Ballot Envelope

7.Return the sealed Ballot Envelope personally (through the drop box) or by mail to the Post, which should be received by the Post on or before the end of voting hours on 09 May 2022 (Monday).

Procedure for Automated Voting - Personal

1.Approach the Poll Clerk and give your name and address and present your valid passport or any identification card bearing your photo and signature

2.Get your ballot, ballot secrecy folder and marker

3.Accomplish the ballot by fully shading the oval beside the names of the chosen candidates

4.Feed the ballot into the VCM’s ballot entry slot without touching the VCM

5.Check your voter’s receipt and then deposit it in the receptacle

Procedure for Automated Voting - Postal

1.Accomplish personally the ballot by fully shading the oval beside the names of the chosen candidate

2.Sign on the ballot coupon, which is located on the lower portion of the official ballot

3.Detach the ballot coupon from the ballot then place the ballot coupon inside the Ballot envelope

4.Fold the official ballot in such a way that its contents will not be seen

5.Place the accomplished ballot inside the Ballot Envelope and seal it with the paper seal included in the mailing packet

6.Write your name and affix your signature on the upper left-hand corner of the Ballot Envelope
